There might be a few reasons you were charged after redeeming a gift:
- You chose a renewal plan, entered a valid credit card, and used up all of your gift credits, so we renewed you for the first month of your paying BOTM membership.
- You shipped add-ons and either selected to pay for them using cash instead of credits, or you did not have enough credits to pay for the number of add-ons you shipped.
- You redeemed a gift, but you are an existing BOTM member, so you were still charged for your typical membership on your renewal date even though new gift credits were added to your account.
