Why did my credits expire?

Unredeemed credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. There are 2 possible reasons why your credits expired:

  1. You did not use your credits within 12 months from issuance.
  2. You cancelled your account and you did not use your credits within the the 60 day grace period.
