There are a few reasons why you may not have received a credit when you were expecting one:
- You skipped last month and your credit rolled over to this month.
- You paused your account and you are still within your pause period.
- You joined BOTM at the end of the month, after we run our renewals.
- You are a gift or annual member and still have credits left to use.
