When will my order arrive?

We know you’re eager to get your box, so here’s the best place to see if it’s already been shipped:

  1. The tracking link in the shipping confirmation email you received when you placed your order.
  2. The tracking link at the top of our app homepage.
  3. The tracking link on your box page on our site here.

If it hasn’t shipped yet, it should ship soon! Orders typically take 1-2 days to process in our warehouse. Fulfillment may be delayed due to high order volume, or if your order contains a backordered or pre-ordered title, which would have been communicated to you.

If you have the BOTM app and want constant updates, you can activate push notifications to get updates on your box as it moves through the postal system.

In general, boxes take 2-6 business days to deliver. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and military bases tend to take longer, up to 10-15 business days.

We try to ship all boxes within 1-2 days of the order being placed, but depending on how many members place their orders in a day, it sometimes may take up to 4 days. Sometimes, certain books are extremely popular and we run out of inventory. In this scenario, we will send you an email letting you know your updated shipping and delivery dates.

If you have not received your order by the date mentioned on the site or app, please check your tracking number. If the date in the USPS tracking number has also passed or your order looks like it's been stuck in one location for many days, please reach out to Member Services by filling out this form and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
